At the beginning of your professional career at CW Bearing, you will receive an individualized induction plan. This will help you get started with our organization, processes and products. A mentor will accompany you throughout the process and will be available to answer your questions at any time.
You will receive feedback on your competencies and skills during annual employee appraisals. In addition, this discussion is the basis for your medium- to long-term development goal and for your personal development plan.
On the way to your development goal, we jointly define milestones and measures. These build on your current development status. We support your personal development with a customized program of mentoring and on- and off-the-job training.
